New Mexico State bird is the Roadrunner, highest peak is Wheeler Peak, (which correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Tumbleweed has been to the highest peak at one point in his life).The state mammal is the black bear, tree is the Pinon, flower is the Yucca, the state grass is the blue gramma grass (huh?). And for the state vegetable, (this is for Brooke) - Chiles and FRIJOLES!(beans):)
